Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Commissioning Field Service Representative to support complex services projects, drive on-site commissioning, and ensure successful project closures. You will provide world-class customer support and act as a SME across processes, controls, and safety practices.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry, 5+ years in water/wastewater projects, and strong PLC/HMI knowledge. Travel up to 80% within the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or chemistry preferred); and 5+ years in water/wastewater projects.
• Working knowledge of PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting.
• Preferred: knowledge of Veolia WTS products and systems (RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, ADT, Thermal).
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical experience with water treatment equipment.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of water treatment projects from construction to close-out.
• Resolve systemic issues and lead experts to resolution.
• Form plans to resolve customer issues based on site observations.
• Implement PLC/HMI/Controls optimization for post-commissioning closures.
• Mentor staff for site visits, commissioning and troubleshooting.
