Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a seasoned Commissioning FSR to lead complex service projects, support ES services, and ensure client satisfaction through on-site and remote collaboration. You will manage issues to closure, apply safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

This role requires strong technical and people-management skills, with up to 80% travel within the United States, and close coordination with engineering, product, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry; 5+ years in water/wastewater projects.
• Experience with PLC and HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell, GE-IP/Emerson).

Responsibilities

• Ensure water treatment projects are safely commissioned from construction to operations.
• Resolve systemic issues and lead experts to resolution.
• Use observations to formulate plans to resolve customer issues.
• Implement plant optimization techniques.
• Implement PLC/HMI/Controls optimization for post-commissioning closures.
• Mentor staff for site visits and commissioning activities.
