Job summary

ECNS Global Consultants PLLC is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead major electrical commissioning programs from planning through final turnover across multiple sites. You will oversee testing of protection and control systems, review procedures, mentor project teams, and manage client relationships, schedules and budgets while ensuring safety and compliance with industry codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's in electrical engineering ABET-accredited.
• ~10+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, startup, or power systems engineering.
• PE license required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Experience with commissioning and testing of protective relays and related equipment.
• Familiarity with IEEE, IEC, ANSI, NETA, NFPA 70E, NESC, and industry codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead major commissioning programs from planning through turnover.
