ECNS Global Consultants PLLC seeks an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead major electrical commissioning projects from planning to turnover. You will oversee complex power system work, review procedures, and mentor project teams.

The role requires a PE license and 10+ years in electrical testing/commissioning, with travel across multiple sites in the US. A strong focus on safety and standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or Master's Degree (M.S.) in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, startup, or power systems engineering.
• PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead major commissioning programs from planning through final turnover.
• Oversee complex electrical and power system commissioning activities.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test plans, and technical reports.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues.
• Manage client relationships and technical coordination.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
