Job summary
ECNS Global Consultants PLLC seeks an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead major commissioning programs from planning to turnover, focusing on electrical and power system commissioning. You will review procedures, coordinate with clients, and guide project teams to ensure successful, code-compliant outcomes.
The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree, and 10+ years in the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, startup, or power systems engineering.
- PE license required.
Responsibilities
- Lead major commissioning programs from planning through final turnover.
- Oversee complex electrical and power system commissioning activities.
- Review and approve commissioning procedures, test plans, and technical reports.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues.
- Manage client relationships and technical coordination.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
