ECNS Global Consultants PLLC seeks a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead major commissioning programs from planning through turnover and to oversee electrical and power system commissioning activities. The role requires a PE license, ABET‑accredited degree, and 10+ years in related fields.

Travel up to 100% is expected. Reporting to the Founder and Principal Engineer within Field Services, this full-time, hourly position offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and growth potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering ABET-accredited.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, startup, or power systems engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead major commissioning programs from planning through final turnover.
• Oversee complex electrical and power system commissioning activities.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test plans, and technical reports.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues.
• Manage client relationships and technical coordination.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
