Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of commissioning, startup, testing, or power generation experience.
• Experience with electrical power generation facilities and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with DAS, SCADA, and performance monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field personnel, project teams, and utility stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support PTO finalization and project turnover activities.
• Review commissioning documentation, test results, and technical reports.
• Analyze data from DAS, SCADA, and related software platforms.
• Identify performance issues and support root cause investigations.
• Coordinate with technicians and project teams to resolve commissioning and operational issues.
• Support commissioning, startup, and performance testing activities.
• Provide technical updates and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Occasionally travel to observe utility witness testing and support project completion.
