In this role, you will manage commissioning planning, documentation, design reviews, field observations, functional testing, issue management, and reporting. You will work closely with owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet project goals. The role also includes schedule and budget management, technical analysis of building operation, and mentoring less-experienced employees in a team-based atmosphere.

Required Education and Experience Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent required 7 years of experience minimum required, 8 preferred, in Commissioning or in the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) consulting industry, or equivalent OR 11 years of experience minimum required, 12 preferred, in Commissioning or in the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) design consulting industry, or equivalent
National commissioning team with active work across healthcare, education, government, transportation, industrial, hospitality, and commercial markets. Recurring services include commissioning, retro-commissioning, monitoring-based commissioning, warranty-period verification, and utility analytics. Recent work includes Minneapolis Terminal 1 Airside Modernization Project, Transportation, and Obama Presidential Center, Government.
