Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a senior professional to oversee the Commercial underwriting and loan portfolio management team in the Los Angeles market. You will coordinate workflow, ensure adherence to credit policies, and supervise Credit Analysts, Underwriters, and Portfolio Managers.

You will lead training, performance reviews, and coaching, while maintaining compliance with regulations and driving high-quality, timely work for sales staff and customers at the 333 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Experience 4–7 years of Commercial Underwriting or Loan Portfolio Management (Required).
• Supervisory/management experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Commercial credit underwriting and loan portfolio management.
• Direct timely completion of credit authorizations and commitment letters.
• Coach and develop Credit Analysts, Underwriters, and Portfolio Managers.
