Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years of commercial credit underwriting experience.
• Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites commercial and industrial lease and loan credit requests, including renewals.
• Analyzes business, financial data and supporting credit information to determine risk.
• Prepares concise credit recommendations with documentation and risk ratings.
• Mentors junior staff and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
