Kforce Inc is seeking an experienced credit underwriting professional in the United States to assess commercial loan and lease requests. You will analyze financial data, spread statements, and identify risks to support risk-adjusted lending decisions.

The role requires 7-10 years' underwriting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong presentation and communication abilities. CLFP is preferred, with the potential for growth in a robust financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CLFP preferred.
• 7-10 years of commercial credit underwriting experience in lease/loan environments.
• Experience underwriting commercial lease transactions typically exceeding $5 million.
• Advanced credit and credit quality skills including financial statement spreading and cash flow analysis.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business, industry, and financial data to support credit requests.
• Identify key risks impacting repayment prospects for borrowers.
• Derive conclusions and prepare concise credit recommendations.
• Use risk rating models to ensure proper risk rating of customers and loans.
• Spread financial statements per Company guidelines and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with team to send borrower notifications and secure approvals.
• Offer insights into customer financial needs and relationship expansion tools.
• Participate in customer calls as appropriate and train others when needed.
