Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7–10 years of commercial credit underwriting experience in lease/loan.
• CLFP certification preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to train and present to audiences.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, industry, financial data and other supporting credit info.
• Identify key risks impacting repayment prospects.
• Derive conclusions supporting credit recommendations with documented facts.
• Prepare timely, concise credit recommendations with narratives and risk ratings.
• Monitor borrower financial performance and spread financial statements.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and teams to resolve violations.
• May oversee work of other underwriters or analysts.
