Job summary

Aquarius Professional Staffing is seeking a Commercial Underwriter IV for a leading banking institution in Cincinnati. You will analyze financials, assess risk, and determine loan conformance to policy while supporting relationship managers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in credit underwriting, with CPA preferred and a Master’s encouraged. You will prepare credit memos, participate in loan committees, and help manage large, complex credits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of credit underwriting experience.
• Experience with commercial loan portfolios and underwriting standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and risk assessment for commercial loan portfolios.
• Review loan applications and assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit memos for new and renewal requests on complex credits and large clients.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Credit Officers on loan approvals.
