Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale interior tenant improvement projects in a dynamic office environment. You will coordinate with the PM team, subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure safety, schedule, and quality across multiple concurrent sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of TI superintendent experience, familiarity with $5M–$50M projects, and certifications (OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid).

Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial interior TI projects.
Experience managing $5M–$50M projects.
OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices.
Experience with building management systems, security, fire alarm, data center, and server room environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
Understanding of permitting and working with building officials.
Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee field operations for large-scale interior tenant improvement projects.
Work closely with the Project Management team, subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, and other project partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
