Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar construction role.
• Direct experience with refrigeration, HVAC, concrete, tenant improvements, and remodeling.
• Strong cost control and budget management abilities.
• Solid safety and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to high standards.
• Lead and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors for efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and minimize risks on-site.
• Perform regular inspections and QC checks, addressing issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and engineers on progress.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
