With 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, you will read drawings, use Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project, and communicate with the leadership team to keep projects moving on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
• Valid driver's license.
