Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar construction role.
• Experience in project management, rehabilitation construction, leading site teams, budget control, and estimating.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Maintain workmanship to adhere to plans and specifications.
• Ensure construction meets design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan and direct activities for structures and facilities.
• Prepare budgets and progress reports.
• Develop and implement QC programs.
• Explain plans and contract terms to staff and clients.
• Address delays, weather, or emergencies at site.
• Inspect projects for building and safety compliance.
