Jobot is seeking a Lead Superintendent for our commercial construction projects in Hampton, VA. The role is on-site, permanent, with a salary range of $85,000 to $145,000 per year.

You will lead onsite teams, coordinate with engineers and inspectors, and ensure projects meet plans, budgets, and schedules. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and manage costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar construction role.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Allocate resources and supervise onsite personnel and subs.
• Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Ensure work adheres to plans, budget, and schedule.
• Develop quality control programs and cost tracking reports.
