Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manager of US Healthcare Regional Compliance to serve as a trusted compliance advisor and operations lead for US business activities. The role supports adherence to laws, regulations, and codes, partnering with cross-functional teams to promote integrity and responsible business growth.

You will oversee policy updates, training, and monitoring, while ensuring alignment with AdvaMed/PhRMA codes and Edwards policies, in a hybrid onsite role based in Irvine,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 10 years experience in healthcare compliance, legal, internal audit, finance or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria, OR
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field and 8 years experience in healthcare compliance, legal, internal audit, finance or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance for US business initiatives and act as a compliance business partner.
• Oversee review and approval of US HCP/HCO activities, ensuring alignment with policies and laws.
• Update US Compliance policies, guidance, job aids, and roll out resources.
• Conduct live US Compliance trainings to various audience sizes.
• Assist US Risk Assessments, Investigations, and Monitoring of business activity and corrective actions.
• Participate in meetings and committees, analyze and report key compliance metrics.
