• Experience in contract administration and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project commercial registers for claims and notices.
• Track and administer owner, subcontractor, supplier, and internal claims.
• Review contracts, change orders, and cost impacts to support project position.
• Build evidential record with documentation and gaps.
• Prepare claim narratives and negotiation support with Legal.
• Maintain notice trackers and key deadlines.
• Produce reports and executive summaries of commercial position.
• Coordinate commercial issue reviews with Project Controls.
