Job summary

DFW Security Protective Force is seeking a proven outside sales professional in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to close commercial opportunities. You will hunt new accounts and manage deals from first meeting through close, selling security systems, access control, video surveillance, and fire systems.

This role offers a solid base of $65,000 plus uncapped commissions, a company car, and strong marketing support.

Qualifications

• Proven outside B2B sales experience (required).
• Commercial security experience (strongly preferred).
• Self-driven, competitive, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Closing company-generated commercial opportunities.
• Hunting and developing new commercial accounts.
• Conducting on-site risk assessments.
• Selling security, access control, video surveillance, and fire systems.
• Managing deals from first meeting through close.
• Building long-term customer relationships and referrals.
• Maintaining an accurate pipeline in our CRM.
