You will develop annual sales plans, oversee hiring and training, and ensure effective team collaboration with operations.

The ideal candidate has proven sales management experience in a commercial specialty trade and a strong record of exceeding sales targets. Compensation includes a $95K–$105K base and commission, with significant growth potential.
