Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) seeks motivated laborers with general construction and roofing experience to join our Sacramento team. The role involves installing various roofing systems, waterproofing and restoration tasks, and ensuring safe, efficient job-site operations.

Applicants must be reliable, able to pass background and drug screening, and capable of working outdoors in different weather.

Qualifications

• Reliable form of transportation.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings).
• Masonry & tuckpointing.
• Concrete restorations, caulking, waterproofing.
• Parking garage restoration.
• Safe operation of hand and power tools.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations; maintain safe work practices.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and coworkers.
