Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Sacramento is seeking individuals with experience in general construction, commercial roofing, building envelope, and general labor to join our team. The position offers hourly pay between $20 and $33 and regular benefits upon eligibility.

Responsibilities include installing roofing systems, waterproofing, masonry and caulking, and maintaining safe practices on site while coordinating with foremen and Tremco staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction, commercial roofing, and building envelope is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings.
• Masonry and tuckpointing tasks.
• Concrete restoration and caulking work.
• Waterproofing and parking garage restoration.
• Safe operation of hand and power tools.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and Tremco staff.
