Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Background check per company standards
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Mobility to complete tasks and climb ladders (up to 50 lbs)
• Experience in general construction, roofing, or building envelope a plus

Responsibilities

• Installation of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Masonry & tuckpointing
• Concrete restorations, caulking
• Waterproofing
• Parking garage restoration
• Safe operation of hand and power tools
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety requirements
• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other Tremco employees
