Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team for installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The position requires at least 1 year of commercial roofing experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical. The hourly range is $20-$33, reflecting qualifications and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience, all levels; at least 1 year preferred.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Installation of different roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing).
• Safe operation of hand and power tools.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety practices on site.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and meet physical demands.
• Climbing and operating on ladders, able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other team members.
