Qualifications

• Experience in general construction, commercial roofing, and/or building envelope.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings and low-slope roofing.
• Masonry and tuckpointing tasks as part of building envelope work.
• Concrete restorations, caulking and related waterproofing activities.
• Waterproofing installations and related protection work.
• Parking garage restoration and related upkeep tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards on site.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and teammates.
