Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead roofing operations on commercial projects in Tennessee.

You will manage field crews, oversee site activities, and ensure profitability by controlling costs while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include attending preconstruction meetings, enforcing mobilization plans, documenting daily site conditions, and providing thorough daily reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Commercial Roofing experience.
• Minimum 1 year Commercial Roofing experience as a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field roofing personnel and oversee roofing operations.
• Responsible and accountable for the Company profit as related to roofing job costs.
• Responsible for controlling cost related to roofing operations.
• Attend the Project Preconstruction Meeting to get familiar with the project.
• Ensure that the site mobilization plan is being followed by field personnel.
• Walk grounds and provide reports of existing conditions.
• Inspect the jobsite during demobilization to ensure the job is logistically closed out.
