Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• 2-4 years of roofing experience preferred.
• Experience with metal roofing, coping and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate schedule adjustments to customers and management.
• Guide, mentor, and manage service technicians on assignments and expectations.
• Clean, maintain, and stock assigned work truck.
• Ensure materials are stocked in the warehouse.
• Stock and maintain van with necessary materials.
• Organize and schedule with multiple clients and job scopes.
• Communicate updates and status with sales and management staff.
• Clock hours for service jobs and log times in Buildertrend.
• Complete work orders and submit for payment.
