Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of winning new business.
• Competitive mindset motivated by targets, performance, and earnings.
• Strong hunter mentality; prospecting, opening doors, and building pipeline.
• Commercial construction or roofing sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Able to meet clients on site, inspect roofs, and take ownership of the full sales cycle.
