Job summary

Tecta America East LLC – Jessup, MD, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to coordinate administrative and field production efforts. The role focuses on strategic daily planning and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing or construction project management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial roofing or general construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership, urgency, organization, and attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check, drug test, and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects concurrently.
• Direct schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration and QA.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, AIA and related agreements.
• Resolve complex construction-related issues and disputes.
• Monitor scheduling and cost controls; review progress and budgets.
• Review applications for payment and manage project budgets.
• Site visits to verify progress and compliance; coordinate with GCs, vendors, and customers.
