Job summary

Tecta America East LLC in Jessup, MD, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator/Project Manager. You will estimate and bid projects, secure pricing, and develop competitive proposals. Upon award, you’ll manage the project through completion, coordinating crews and subcontractors as needed.

Requirements include 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating, solid planning and multi-tasking skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Valid driver's license and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Ability to develop bid proposals and review project plans/specs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Produce project estimates for commercial roofing and related services.
• Estimate job costs and prepare competitive bid proposals.
• Track bid proposals, negotiate offers, and pursue high award rate.
• Manage awarded contracts from pre-construction to closeout.
• Maintain project documentation including change orders and drawings.
