Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing.
• Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Independent worker with strong decision-making and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, creating job packets, buying out materials, scheduling labor.
• Coordinate with construction managers and field crews.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers to ensure needed materials.
• Prepare change orders and manage warranty callbacks.
• Track job costs and performance.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency.
