Highland Roofing Company Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for Raleigh/Garner, NC. You’ll manage new construction, re-roofs, and restoration projects, ensuring on-time delivery, on-budget performance, and adherence to Highland standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing.
• Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Comfortable working independently and making smart decisions on the fly.
• Strong communicator (written and verbal) who keeps everyone in the loop.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish - creating job packets, buying out materials, scheduling labor, and keeping everything on track.
• Work closely with our construction managers and field crews.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers so the team always has what they need.
• Prepare change orders and manage any warranty callbacks.
• Track job costs and performance to help us keep getting better.
• Jump in with leadership to improve processes and make things run smoother.
