The role emphasizes reroofing/service work over new construction, with a focus on maintaining client relationships and providing value across projects in the Florida market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience required.
• Experience estimating TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, coatings and waterproofing assemblies.
• Proficiency with Edge estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and technical documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines; knowledge of Florida market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial reroofing projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, site reports, and customer requirements.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and labor/material calculations.
• Develop pricing and proposal packages using Edge and Excel.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; attend pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Support handoff to project management after award; maintain client relationships.
