West Chicago Roofing Contractor is seeking a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator in West Chicago, IL. The role focuses on estimating commercial roofing projects from review through bid submission and includes collaborating with project teams and suppliers to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC/BUR) and experience reading plans and specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of low-slope commercial roofing systems.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen and/or BUR.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial roofing projects from initial review through bid submission.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Complete takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates.
• Estimate TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR and other systems.
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing.
• Identify project requirements, logistics and challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, field ops and ownership.
• Support project handoff once work is awarded.
