TalentSphere in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our in-office team. You will manage takeoffs, prepare detailed bids, and develop competitive proposals for commercial roofing projects from initial estimate through final submission.

The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing knowledge, reads blueprints, works with EDGE/Bluebeam, and coordinates with project managers and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and profitable bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing estimating.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of pricing labor/materials and takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects, including new construction, re-roofing, and restoration.
• Review blueprints, specifications, drawings, and bid documents.
• Perform material takeoffs and calculate labor, equipment, and project costs.
• Develop competitive bids and proposals while maintaining profitability.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and sales teams.
• Identify potential project challenges, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain organized estimating records and meet bid deadlines.
