Tiello LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Commercial Waterproofing Estimator to support commercial roofing projects. You will review drawings, perform material and labor takeoffs, and develop competitive bid pricing using The EDGE estimating software.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates for new construction, reroofing, and restoration, with a focus on low-slope roofing systems and collaboration with project teams. This is a full-time, in-office position in Tulsa.

Formación

• Experience with The EDGE estimating software strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and bid packages.
• Experience preparing detailed estimates and bid packages.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, including new construction, reroofing, and restoration.
• Review drawings, specifications, bid packages, and project requirements.
• Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs using The EDGE software.
• Develop competitive pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and subs from vendors.
• Coordinate with project managers, operations, and sales for accurate estimates and handoffs.
• Prepare proposals, bid packages, and supporting documentation for submissions.
• Monitor bid deadlines and manage multiple estimating assignments.
