Responsibilities

• Sources, develops and builds a business loan portfolio with existing and new members, focusing on CRE, C&I, Equipment Finance, and Practice Finance to hit loan and deposit growth goals.
• Proactively manages existing loan portfolio to maintain loan quality through financial performance, covenants, and collateral; cross-sell treasury, deposit and credit solutions.
• Accepts and processes loan applications, analyzes financial data to determine creditworthiness, and ensures complete underwriting memos and loan documentation.
• Represent GICU at community, business, industry and credit union events to develop relationships and brand awareness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
