• Maintains a loan portfolio of $50,000,000 or greater.
• Uses Salesforce CRM to document prospecting and retention activities and refer clients to other internal partners.
• Mentors Commercial Relationship Manager I-II peers as needed.
• Engages in joint partner calls monthly to coordinate across bank lines.
• Represents Lincoln Savings Bank professionally at civic, community, and networking events.
