Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment problems, communicating with customers, performing repairs, and maintaining work order logs. Competitive salary ranges from $100,000 to $170,000 annually along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in commercial refrigeration, supermarket refrigeration, restaurant equipment, or commercial HVAC.
• Ability to manage service calls from start to finish.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage service calls, including diagnosing problems and communicating with customers.
• Order parts and create quotes.
• Perform repairs and document services.
