Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney handling transactional commercial real estate matters.
• Experience in one or more areas: commercial leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, land use and zoning, construction-related transactions, commercial lending, organizational structuring, investment and financing transactions, venture capital arrangements, tax-related real estate matters.
