The candidate should have at least 3 years of transactional real estate experience and be prepared to commute or relocate, with JD and bar admission required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one state; ability to seek admission in Tennessee.
• 3+ years of commercial transactional real estate experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, LOIs and related title documents.
• Engage in due diligence, track dates, review title, surveys and environmental reports, and draft closing documents.
• Facilitate closings and handle post‑closing documentation.
• Draft and review operating agreements, bylaws, shareholding agreements and service contracts.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents where applicable.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals and staff to manage deals.
• Maintain organized client files and project tracking.
