Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, LOIs, easements, covenants, and restrictions for commercial real estate transactions.
• Manage due diligence, title/survey/environmental reviews, and closing documents.
• Facilitate closings and post-closing administration.
• Draft and review operating agreements, bylaws, shareholders' agreements, property management and service agreements, indemnity agreements, and other client contracts.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents (if applicable).
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff; maintain organized client files.
• Support the team and contribute to growing the practice.
