Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one state and ability to obtain Tennessee admission.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling transactional real estate matters.
• Experience in leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, land use and zoning, financing, and related areas.
• Strong research, drafting, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactions, including leases, acquisitions and financing.
• Provide direct client interaction and clear, practical legal advice.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented environment to grow the practice.
