SIVAD Consulting in Roseland, NJ seeks a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to support a busy real estate practice. You will work closely with practice leaders on sophisticated commercial deals for developers, owners, investors, and lenders.

In this onsite role, you will manage title commitments, surveys, closing documents, post-closing filings, and coordination of funds, while interfacing with clients and opposing counsel with minimal partner oversight.

Formación

• 5+ years of recent, continuous experience as a commercial real estate paralegal at a law firm.
• Hands-on title, survey, and closing experience—able to run a closing from start to post-closing independently.
• Stable employment history with no frequent job changes.
• Able to be in the Roseland, NJ office 5 days a week.
• Strong attention to detail and polished written work product.
