Candidates should have 7+ years CRE paralegal experience, strong transaction management, and knowledge of title insurance and closing processes. The position offers 4 days in Newark with one remote day per week.

• Conduct due diligence including title searches, survey reviews, and zoning research.
• Support real estate and construction litigation matters with document management and organization.

A nationally recognized, fast-growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join its team in Northern New Jersey.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple commercial real estate matters and transactions from inception through closing
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, title reports, closing documents, and other real estate documentation
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies to keep transactions moving efficiently
• Conduct due diligence, including title searches, survey reviews, and zoning research
• Support real estate and construction litigation matters, including document management and case organization
• Work closely with attorneys and clients on complex and time-sensitive matters

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong experience managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid knowledge of commercial real estate documentation, title insurance, and closing processes
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience supporting real estate or construction litigation is highly valued
• Ability to work 4 days per week in the firm's Newark, NJ office, with 1 day remote
