True Talent Solutions Partners in Roseland, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate paralegal for an on-site, five-day-a-week role. You will manage title commitments, surveys, and closings, coordinating funds flow for acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of continuous experience at a law firm, with hands-on closing experience and a solid understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including land use.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of continuous commercial real estate paralegal experience at a law firm, including New Jersey transactional work.
• Hands-on experience with title, surveys, and commercial closings; ability to manage a closing from opening through post-closing.
• Experience beyond residential closings; strong general understanding of commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with both transactional real estate and land use work is valued.
• Strong attention to detail, polished written work, and a consistent employment history.

About the Role

Join a New Jersey commercial real estate legal team supporting sophisticated transactions for developers, property owners, investors, and lenders. You will work closely with practice leaders and manage active matters with a high degree of independence.

What You’ll Do

• Order and review title commitments and surveys, and help resolve title objections.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

This is an on-site role in Roseland, New Jersey, five days per week.
