Job summary

Legal Search Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a Commercial Real Estate role with a national law firm. The candidate will support real estate transactions, manage closing checklists, review titles and surveys, issue policies and endorsements, and perform due diligence with attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of CRE experience, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to handle

Qualifications

Minimum five years of commercial real estate experience, including title experience.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support aspects of a commercial real estate transaction.
Prepare and maintain closing checklists.
Perform title and survey review.
Issue policies and endorsements.
Research public filings.
Complete due diligence.
Draft contracts, closing documents, letters of intent, and leases.
Coordinate closing/post-closing matters and closing binders.
