• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• 7+ years of commercial construction or development PM experience.
• Experience delivering ground-up developments, redevelopment, or large tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of commercial development projects from design through closeout.
• Manage ground-up developments, redevelopments, tenant buildouts, and capital improvements.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies for delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to specs.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to protect schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones; monitor timelines and mitigate delays.
• Oversee project closeout, turnover, and warranty management.
